In 2015, Long Yu passed IS09001 quality management system, and our products have CE, FCC and Rohs certificates. There are many patents for invention, utility model, appearance design and software copyright. In 2015, it was rated as a national high-tech enterprise.

In 2016, Long Yu evaluated as a software enterprise by Hubei Economic and Information Commission.

In 2017,Long Yu confirmed by the review as the A-level credit rating.

In 2018,Long Yu rated as a national high-tech enterprise once again

In 2019 ,Long Yu passed the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certification again.

In 2021,Long Yu Won the title of "Gazelle Enterprise" in 2021 and was rated as a national high-tech enterprise for the third time.

All LongYu products come standard with a 1-year comprehensive warranty. Additionally, our extended warranty service, offered up to 2 years, provide extra peace of mind that any problem will be solved quickly and effectively. LongYu also offers tailored service contracts to meet our partners’ specific needs.
With service and support centers in Hong Kong, China mainland, Europe, we are able to respond quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted productivity for our customers. We are committed to speedy turnaround times on repairs and service needs.

-DOA Service (Dead On Arrival):
To run DOA within 1 month after shipment. Goods are guaranteed to exchange when it is returned.
New product operation would be completed within 5-20 working days.  The following failures are allowed to be serviced by DOA:
A: The image cannot display normally.
B: It cannot be powered on.
C: The internal functions of monitors are out of work.

- RMA Service (Return Merchandise Authorization):
To run RMA within 24 months after shipment (TFT LCD panels come with 12months' warranty). Maintenance time lasts from 5 to 20 working days according to the difficulty and specific situation. Returning shipping cost after maintenance is paid by LongYu.

- The Range of Warranty
All of the products offered by LongYu except for gifts.

- Rules of Warranty
A: LongYu guarantees the maintenance and all related replacement cost free of charge for products still in one year’s warranty. Its warranty still keeps the original deadline.
B: LongYu does not provide substitute goods to customers’ provisional using.
C: Custom goods are not in the DOA service of replacement.
D: LongYu has no duty to accept customers’ returns due to their mistakes.

- Paid service
The following situations are belonging to paid service:
A. Surpassing guarantee period..
B. Caused by natural disaster.
C. Damaged by whom operated the products not according to the instruction manual..
D. The LongYu warranty label was re-pasted, fabricated, tore up, altered, etc.
E. Broken during shipment..
LongYu will firstly provide a lowest repairing cost for every product and testing fees with customers, and then get down to repairing service work after receipt of customers’ agreement and signed bill of estimate.

- Transport Expense Payment
A. DOA: The shipping cost of round trip charges LongYu.
B. RMA: The shipping cost from LongYu to customers after maintenance charges LongYu. Another half charges customers.
C. Paid Service: The shipping cost of round trip charges customers.

- Transport Method
A: Land carriage is the main method for domestic customers. Special requests are negotiable with our salesman.
B: Airfreight or sea freight is the main method for overseas customers. Special requests are negotiable with our salesman.

- Transportation Claim
A: If LongYu receives returns with any broke, we would inform the customers right away and ask them to contact the carrier or forwarding company to inspect and claim.
B: When customers receive our goods, please inspect appearance at the first time. If customers find any broken, please tell the carrier and check the broken situation. Simultaneously, please write down the detailed broken results in the cargo receipt and inform LongYu immediately. LongYu would ask for claim to the transporting company.

- Disclaimer
Due to our displays products, LongYu doesn’t suggest use cleanser like ammonia water or alcoholic to clean the surface. If any damage caused by them, LongYu will not undertake the due obligations.
